Aruncus dioicus

Aruncus dioicus (GOATSBEARD) is native to areas south of the Alaska Range but is happy to grow in gardens in the interior. It has beautiful ferny foliage that starts with a copper tinge and turns green as it matures. The large foamy flowers brighten any garden.
